We want you to love your Budget Baddie Boutique pieces! Every item is inspected and verified in perfect condition before it ships. Here's how returns and exchanges work.

Inspect your order right away. Please check your items within 48 hours of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@budgetbaddieboutique.com within that window with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement, or your money back on any item confirmed defective.

Wrong size or changed your mind? You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition — tags still attached and free of odor, makeup, pet hair, or any wear. Choose whichever works for you:

• Store credit — send the item back and we'll issue store credit for the amount you paid, once we receive and inspect it. Ship it yourself, or let us email you a $5 prepaid return label and we'll simply take that $5 out of your store credit. One label covers your whole return, no matter how many items are in it.
• Exchange — we'll email you a $5 return label (or ship it back yourself) and send your new item out for free. One exchange per item.

Final sale — cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Accessories and other non-clothing items (jewelry, hats, handbags, hair accessories, etc.), and intimates
• Clearance items and anything marked “Final Sale” on its product page
• Anything bought in person — local pickup, popups, and events
• Items sent back worn, damaged, without tags, or after the 14-day window

Damaged or defective items are always covered under the 48-hour inspection window above, even if they're final sale.

A few important notes:

• Returns are store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds except on items confirmed defective.
• Store credit equals the price you actually paid for the item (after any discounts) and does not include shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Every return is inspected. Items that arrive worn, damaged, or without tags won't be accepted and can be shipped back to you at your expense.
